• You grant Apply2Model™ a limited, non-exclusive license to view, store, and share this Content internally with our production partners for the sole purpose of evaluating your candidacy.

• You retain full ownership of your Content. We will not publish, sell, or distribute your submitted photos publicly without a separate, written Model Release Agreement.

6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

• Submit photos of any person under the age of 18.

• Submit photos of any person other than yourself (non-consensual content).

• Use the Site to solicit, harass, or spam.

7. Limitation of Liability
